The driver, Jason W. Spurlin, 31, of Lake Worth, Fla., has been charged with three counts of motor vehicle homicide while driving under the influence of alcohol, a 15-year felony; three counts of motor vehicle homicide by negligent driving; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; negligent driving; and driving without a valid license.
