Holiday Tragedy: Man charged with OUI in fatal Walpole crash

The driver, Sris W. Spurlin, 31, of Lake Worth, Fla., has been charged with three counts of motor vehicle homicide while driving under the influence of alcohol, a 15-year felony; three counts of motor vehicle homicide by negligent driving; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; negligent driving; and driving without a valid license.
